Junior Member Code of Conduct.
Junior members are always expected to be respectful to teammates, opponents, umpires, coaches, managers and volunteers. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.
Look after all club property and equipment.
Do not argue with umpires, managers, coaches or other players.
Applaud good cricket, whoever plays it.
Watch and support your team and club, even when not playing.
Listen and learn – follow instructions. Do not talk when the coach is talking. Be sure you understand, what you are being asked to do, if you don’t, ASK.
Encourage each other and be supportive at all times.
Keep good time – arrive early for training sessions and matches. Advise the manager in good time, if you are going to be absent or late.
Dress in an appropriate manner for training and matches as agreed with the team manager.
Junior members are not allowed to drink alcohol, smoke, or take drugs of any kind on club premises or whilst representing the club.
Enjoy yourselves, work hard, always try your best and show a positive attitude at all times. Have Fun!
